I live in the West Midlands with my husband, our little boy and four legged boy Albi. I have a degree in Illustration and Graphic Design — and I’ve honestly been painting for as long as I can remember.
I found live wedding painting while planning my own wedding and instantly fell in love with it. What started as “I’ll just give this a go” quickly turned into painting for family and friends, then offering my work for free just to see if I could really do it. I could — and people loved it — so I kept going.
For a full year I practised constantly, charged very little, learnt on the job, made mistakes, refined my style and built my confidence. Somewhere along the way, guest illustrations joined the party too — and without really meaning to, I built the business I now run and absolutely love.
My favourite part of a wedding is the “we made it to the altar” moment. That deep breath, the happy nerves, the relief, the smiles — and if there are tears, you better believe I’m crying too.
I get serious clothing envy at weddings (Vinted at 2am is a real thing), I will absolutely dance while I paint, and I genuinely never get tired of seeing people’s reactions — especially when guests come back again and again and tell me I’ve got them just right.
I still cry at every weddings Even after three years.
And honestly?
Im so incredibly lucky to call this my job.
