1.Terms of Return
- Time frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return.
- Eligibility window: Requests made after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Undamaged, with no new scratches, creases, or marks
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
3. Reasons for Return
You may request a return if:
- The artwork arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product description on the website was inaccurate or incomplete
Returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or “just because” are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- In your email, please include:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item name / SKU
- Reason for return, with photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We will respond within 2 business days with:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number
- Instructions for shipping the item back
Note: Returns shipped without an RA number may be refused.
5. Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Recommended method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance; we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approval: We’ll send you an email confirming receipt and approval (or rejection) of your return.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Partial refunds: In some cases (e.g., items not in original condition), partial refunds may apply.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, first check your bank/card statement.
- Then contact your payment provider—processing times may vary.
